PERSONAL TRAINER/TRX TRAINER

Hi, I’m Wendy.
 

For 15 years, I worked one-on-one as a personal trainer, helping women build strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies.


For the last 5 years, I’ve continued that work online — supporting women over 50 who want to grow physically and mentally, without overwhelm, extremes, or pressure.

I know what it feels like to be confused — to want more out of life, more confidence, and more from your body, but not know where to go for support or how to even begin.

I wasn’t an athlete until I was.
I wasn’t an “exercise person” until I became one.

It didn’t start with motivation or a perfect plan.
It started with one small step.

That experience shaped everything I do today.

I help women over 50 grow into who they want to be — physically and mentally — without overwhelm.

The women I work with already want more:

  • More strength

  • More energy

  • More confidence

  • More momentum

They’re not lazy.
They’re not broken.
They just don’t want:

  • Extremes

  • Shame

  • Complicated systems

My approach is simple, supportive, and sustainable:

  • Small habits that actually stick

  • Simple, effective movement

  • Mindset shifts that support consistency

  • Humor — because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy

I believe consistency matters more than intensity.
And real change happens when progress fits real life.

You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need a place to start — and support to keep going.

I began with the 5-day Beginner's Fitness Challenge and subsequently enrolled in your 6 Week Fitness program, where I transitioned from exercising for 30 seconds to an impressive 30 minutes within 6 weeks.

 

By week 2, I had lost 6 pounds.

 

By the time week 4 arrived, I found myself getting up and completing my exercises without hesitation. It became a natural part of my routine, and I no longer needed to consciously think about it. Even on days when I couldn't recall the specific exercise for that moment, I would simply do one from earlier in the program.

 

I've evolved into a person who exercises daily, and the result is that I feel absolutely fantastic.
